After reading Rome's Revolution, many people complain that upon awakening, certain members of the Ark II crew, embodied by Captain Keller, behave irrationally. Are they insane? After sleeping for 14 centuries, what else could you call someone who, within 24 hours of awakening, without having a clue as to the world or the technology behind it, is ready to go to war? All of this is explained in the novel entitled The Ark Lords. You may not agree with their motives but at least they were following orders, not behaving impulsively.
